SEPA First Suburbs Issues Convention

At the First Suburbs Summit on December 7, David Rusk issued a challenge. He asked community leaders from the first suburbs of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties, to harness their collective power to influence positive change in their communities, to restore prosperity to the region, and to increase competitiveness in the Commonwealth. The summit created a dialogue about common challenges we all face in our communities.

Since the summit, leaders have identified four priority issues, conducted research, crafted recommendations and adopted the issues for action. The issue areas are:

On Saturday, May 31, we will explore these issue areas, set a prioritized agenda for the future, and launch strategic campaigns to harness our collective power for regional change. Please join us.
